Rosspark Hotel Wedding – Colin and Madison
One of the things I love about weddings is meeting new people, but it is also super when people you know ask you to be part of their big day. I’ve known Colins family for many years and have covered other family weddings. So it was really nice when I got a call from Colin and Madison for their Rosspark Wedding. The booking process was very simple because I got a phone call to check availability and it was confirmed within a few moments.
Having booked a long time in advance it seemed like ages until the big day and I was really looking forward to it. Colin and Madison are perfectly matched because both are big personalities and are (just a little) crazy. So I knew before the day that the craic and fun would be great.
I also love the Rosspark hotel which is only about 20mins drive from home and Ioften do weddings at his super venue where the staff are second to none.
The weather had been really bad for a few days but it was a beautiful morning when I drove over to take a few pre wedding preparation shots .
When I arrived i everything seemed really calm and relaxed , a nice cup of coffee set me up for the day and also to include some pics of the dogs.
Madsion is a big Jo Malone fan and there were gifts for the wedding party and bride.
Then it was time for the 5-10 min drive over to the hotel for some pics of the men as they waited patiently .
The room was looking super and Colin and his brothers had scrubbed well up for the day .
The Bridesmaids arrived followed shortly by Madison and we managed to get a few lovely bridal shots as we chased the last few guests in for the ceremony.
The weather had been a little threatening but it seemed to be settled so we were able to get outside for a series of family and group shots before the more formal wedding groups and a few private bridal shots.
Before long everything was done , a quick cutting of the cake and the speeches and then everyone was ready for the meal and to get geared up for the evening reception.
Yet another wonderful day , with great people and a cracking venue at Rosspark.
